• Any ill behaviour is not tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.• Payment occurs between the sketching and coloring phases, as I prefer to make sure that you're truly happy with the composition of your art. All sales are final.• It is your responsibility to tell me specifically what you want, so please be clear when describing the contents of your commission. Once the piece is finished, I do not allow any big changes to be made (such as the pose or the outfit).• If you decide to argue about the pricing with me I will not do business with you.• You are not allowed to edit my artwork (unless it's a crop for you to use as an icon/banner).• Payment occurs through Paypal. I do not accept any form of cryptocurrency as payment. I do not accept Gift Cards.• If you have a project that must be delivered within a deadline, you must let me know AT LEAST 3 MONTHS in advance.• I WILL DRAW: SFW art of any species and any body type.• I WILL NOT DRAW: Art with political or religious themes. Art depicting hate speech, racism, homophobia and transphobia. Hyperrealism.

About fair use:• maxineVEVO holds every right to the produced drawing, not the costumer. Therefore, if I wish, I’m allowed to post the commission, to promote myself, on any platform or website (unless you want to keep it private).• You are allowed to: print the art and claim the characters represented, but not the drawing itself.
• Re-upload the drawing with credit given to the artist.
